Hello, we are Mark Flanary and Robert Toney, owners of Rick Thomasson Heating & Air Conditioning.

We would like to start by telling you a little about our company. We've been serving your neighbors on the Peninsula for 34 years. We are proud of the reputation we have earned over the years, a reputation of providing quality products and installations at fair prices. In fact, it has become our company motto, "Our Reputation - Your Protection."

If you look around you'll see we don't do a lot of advertising. That's because most of our business is from referrals...satisfied customers spreading the word. That is probably how you heard about us.

At Rick Thomasson Heating and Air Conditioning we don't take customer service lightly. We work hard to keep our customers happy. We start by teaching our employees how important our customers really are. Then we train them in their respective specialty with craftsmanship and pride, keeping them up to date with product and technology changes. Our service department must be in training several times a year just to keep up with and stay ahead of technology, environmental, and governmental requirements while striving to provide convenient and affordable repair service.

Emergency service is another important area where we earn our reputation. Our highly trained technicians can respond quickly and efficiently to help you with your needs. We don't stop there. We offer both commercial and residential services and installations. We also offer service contracts and routine maintenance.

Heating Systems
We understand that no other single system in your home plays a larger role in your comfort or how much your utility bill will be than your heating system. That's why we specialize in comfortable, cost-effective heating solutions, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. We also provide annual maintenance contracts and assess your heating system to evaluate its energy-efficiency.

Air Conditioning
We can help you maintain and repair the system you have, or replace it completely. As factory-trained technicians, we can provide routine periodic inspections, licensed warranty and post-warranty repairs, and immediate emergency response.

Air Quality
Indoor air pollution can affect your family’s health. We can help supply and install air purifiers and humidifiers, and we're certified in duct system design, installation, and cleaning.

Commercial
Operations and Maintenance We provide full-service maintenance, with dedicated staff to ensure on-going system maintenance and quick repair.

Installation
We provide full and partial HVAC system replacement, as well as brand new ground-up installations.

Systems Design and Project Management
We specialize in retrofitting older buildings with new heating and cooling systems. We’ll also take on the installation of systems in new buildings from the ground up.
